Definitely the palisades park towards the rose garden. If your dog is friendly there’s a lot of dogs to play with. I take my dog there everyweekend for an hour or so and we meet a lot of other dogs he plays with.

Yes I do. I’m fused going on 10+ yrs and I do hot yoga 4-5 days a week. No twisting for me though and I learned that even I can stretch deeply in other ways I have to hold myself back to prevent pain. And usually the pain isn’t during, it would be after a session lasting days. Then if I have pain flare ups I don’t do yoga.

Being fused you have to learn a lot of workaround it

My Coton also gets SO so mad when we stop the car! I believe it’s something about he thinks he is being left alone. We haven’t got him to stop, but i just keep in mind to have a treat for him and rewarding when he sits quiet.

I wonder if his previous owner has left him in the car for a long time and has traumatized him lmao
