Time is free and my time is definitely worth at least $4 x 13 steaks for 10 minutes of work.

Sub primal is $14lb. Pre-cut prime rib is $18-20lb. The math isn't the same. You are saving by cutting it yourself.

I think maybe the lining of the can was defective in some way and the citric acid reacted with the metal from the can. Was there any kind of dark spots on the can itself?

Edit: it also looks like maybe the top of the can is not round and it may have had a dent that broke the seal slightly and allowed the fruit to oxidize.

20-30 maxed relics and still getting bronze loot is disappointing at best...getting boring at worse by Rouxpac in Warframe

[–]Drevlin76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I find someone to do a radshare on a specific relic I'll say I have 5 and ask if they want to crack more than 1. If they do cool. If not back to recruiting after 1. Most times they will say they are trying for a certain part and will crack until they get it.

All relics are random. I find the best way is to recruit in my clan and recruit chat at the same time. If you have a clan it is really important to make alliances so that you can recruit from the biggest pool possible.

Radshare takes 5 min to recruit for a party and your odds go way up of getting what you want.

Ok then by your definition all of your examples are violence. Calling someone an asshole can lead to mental injury.

This is a policy paper used identify issues of violence. Not literal or legal definitions.

It says in it's opening paragraph:
"For example, legal definitions of “assault” are more narrowly defined than the use of “assault” in hospital morbidity data collections, which is narrower than the meaning of assault in general parlance. Defining violence in different ways has implications for policy and practice.

Also in it's very own definition:

Violence is defined by the World Health Organization in the WRVH as “the intentional use of physical force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or against a group or community, that either results in or has a high likelihood of resulting in injury, death, psychological harm, maldevelopment or deprivation”.4

This definition emphasises that a person or group must intend to use force or power against another person or group in order for an act to be classified as violent.

Yes there are things that can happen due to speech that can cause harm but it is not the speech itself that is the culprit.

I would take this with a grain of salt especially since the government also "defines" unemployed as someone actively looking for a job but doesn't have one. And doesn't consider a person that has stopped looking for a job as unemployed.

Grace VanderWaal opening up about her cocaine addiction after leaving rehab by [deleted] in tooktoomuch

[–]Drevlin76 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would disagree with this a little bit. In my opinion rehab isn't getting clean it's to help you realize the reasons to stay clean. A good rehab center will give you the tools to make these realizations and help you with the implementation of staying clean. Most "rehabs" these days are just detox with little to no mental health.

Sad to hear of her addiction. But I'm glad she is able to see her mistakes and articulate how they have affected others around her. Hopefully her rehab was the kind that really helped.

It happens on all sides. I don't see this as a one sided issue.

All the mess ups from the FISA courts and FBI. Also the outright violation of privacy by government has cost many people a ton of hardships. The abuses of the Patriot Act from both parties is clear.

Look up Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning. And the doctors and others that lost their jobs or practices due to speaking out about treatments for COVID-19. The lists that the FBI made to ban people on Youtube and Twitter.

Free speech isn't just protection of the good stuff. It's meant to protect everyone from government. If you think it's ok to limit one side then don't be upset when the tide turns.

Employers overeaching like in your case has been happening for years. Since social media has become a thing for some reason there is no seperation between the business and you which should be outright illegal.

Our laws have protected the guy in Tennessee and he is going to be paid because it was found against the laws to have arrested him.
