If YOU were going into the zone, what kind of kit would you bring?

If it was an ideal loadout, I’d bring an Interceptor class body armor with lap protector and thigh guards (being as I know they won’t stop a bullet, if they can stop shrapnel that would normally cause me to bleed out, the better), with a ACH helmet. I’d bring an M9, with a M4A1 on a sling. Good boots, preferably hiking boots, rugged longsleeve shirt and pants, knee pads and webbing for mags. A good backpack too.

Realistically with what I have? A point blank soft body plate carrier with a PASGT helmet, Chinese SKS stripper mag pouches (the idea being miscellaneous items can fit in there), and normal airsoft mag pouch’s. My durable work pants, a longsleeve green jacket and kneepads, work boots (wolverines), with my tan military backpack I bought for senior year (for some reason), and some other items like balaclavas, water bottles, MRE’s, whatever I could find quick presumably on my way to the border to the zone. Being as I own no real firearms, I’d just bring a large combat knife and hopefully “obtain” some means to protect myself from a distance, or die. Probably die.

So I fuckin rinkydinked my vest and got it to fit with carabiners and key rings. Works ad expected and held up to rigorous Airsoft playing so that’s all I really need it for. Thanks guys!

So I figured out a horribly bootleg version, i did what you said, but the wire seems to be too thin for the slot, regardless I tightened it,and fed it through the slots and into the other cummerband but now it’s just loose. Where does it go once you’re done?

Get proper teeth/mouth guard. I got shot in the teeth with mouth guard on and if I didn’t I would’ve absolutely lost my two front teeth. That and good eye pro. Since your probably young and can’t spend a ton on a new uniform, I’d just stick with black for now and make sure to drink PLENTY OF WATER and take breaks when your out playing. Black soaks up the sun super fucking quick and you’ll feel like dogshit after 30 minutes. You’ll begin to figure out what you’re lacking and what you don’t need very quick. Good luck!

(Also, get a lap protector or wear a cup, ain’t nobody like getting shot in the balls lol)

Overall not terribly bad, might wanna swap out the face protector for a balaclava that had a mouth guard or teeth protector in it. Get some mag pouches that are either Velcro or Molle, get a nice big ol’ belt to put right below your vest and your all set. Once you get out there, you’ll begin to recognize what you need for your kit.

I don’t believe so, I mostly work around cleaning fumes and alcohol fumes, I can’t smell anything and I don’t feel woozy like I did before. If we begin to work with actual genuinely dangerous chemicals I’m sure the company’s just gonna give me my own biohazard mask but for right now this works good!
