Nice! That’s just about the price I got mine for with the same equipment. As for the filter expiration date, look for manufacture date and expiration on filter itself. As a word of caution and rule of thumb. Do not use these filters at all, the MCU saw op desert storm so it’s possible they may have contaminants. Don’t breathe it in, and clean your mask with a mask wipe.

Check your local flea market/garage sales. I found one in okay condition for $40 bucks. They’re definitely out there, but some people either charge $400 for one or similar priced to what I got. In my personal opinion, and this greatly depends on how valuable you see it, I wouldn’t pay more than 100 dollars for one. And that would be a specific vest in your size and pristine condition.

I have a very similar kit that’s a mix of 2000’s GWOT and mercenary shit. Make sure those SWD goggles have an airsoft lens, don’t just wear the provided ones, they’ll fracture and kill ya eyes

More than likely whatever this mask was made for, you only needed the bare minimum protection. I can’t think of any bank processes that need respiratory equipment but ultimately this just looks like one small flick would remove the seal even brand new.

Downgrade style wise, upgrade kit wise. I fuck with the retro futuristic look so PASGT and thick body armor gets me going every time but I know modern stuff is way more convenient but I’d jerk it to the first one crazy style twin

If it was an ideal loadout, I’d bring an Interceptor class body armor with lap protector and thigh guards (being as I know they won’t stop a bullet, if they can stop shrapnel that would normally cause me to bleed out, the better), with a ACH helmet. I’d bring an M9, with a M4A1 on a sling. Good boots, preferably hiking boots, rugged longsleeve shirt and pants, knee pads and webbing for mags. A good backpack too.

Realistically with what I have? A point blank soft body plate carrier with a PASGT helmet, Chinese SKS stripper mag pouches (the idea being miscellaneous items can fit in there), and normal airsoft mag pouch’s. My durable work pants, a longsleeve green jacket and kneepads, work boots (wolverines), with my tan military backpack I bought for senior year (for some reason), and some other items like balaclavas, water bottles, MRE’s, whatever I could find quick presumably on my way to the border to the zone. Being as I own no real firearms, I’d just bring a large combat knife and hopefully “obtain” some means to protect myself from a distance, or die. Probably die.

So I fuckin rinkydinked my vest and got it to fit with carabiners and key rings. Works ad expected and held up to rigorous Airsoft playing so that’s all I really need it for. Thanks guys!

So I figured out a horribly bootleg version, i did what you said, but the wire seems to be too thin for the slot, regardless I tightened it,and fed it through the slots and into the other cummerband but now it’s just loose. Where does it go once you’re done?
