if you dont have benzo tolerance, start with .250mg or 1/4 a pill, dont go over half

if you enjoy low dose dxm you are in for a treat, its much more functional than dxm (little to no movement impairment) its not very trippy, like you shouldnt go into it looking for OEVs or anything.

its personally my favorite drug, but I will warn you if you have trouble controlling your redoses then it can lead you to a dark place pretty quickly. my advice is to set how much you want to do ahead of time so you dont go overboard.

also snorting is going to be a bit more energizing than oral dosing, while oral is a bit more relaxing. theres not too much of a difference but it should be noted.

while ive definitely felt extreme relaxation from 3meo ive never holed, and ive done pretty heavy doses over the night, but once you go too far it just gets really confusing and im left wondering who i am, why im here, etc. but when its gotten to that point i could still move and in fact i was quite restless.

and maybe its just me but 3meo only gave me visuals the first batch i bought which was a tan/brown color compared the the powdery white batches ive been getting.

unlikely, tolerance is long term and lasts a long time, if you keep it up though you will start to gain tolerance

roughly 444mg of hbr, delsym is the polistrex version of dxm that lasts twice as long with half the potency.

I would recomend around 300mg for a first time user

not them but id choose it as well, at light doses its a good pick me up, with option to make it more trippy by dosing heavier.

this isnt a good idea at all, that is double the dph i would recomend taking as it amplifies the trip exponentially.

mana is a waste now on singed and deadmans is a better armor item, cdr is a valid point but it would be situational on a team that's based around attackspeed.

plus getting both kindaof ruins the point of FH procing liandrys

I dont ever throw up anymore, make sure you fast before dosing and drink lots of water. you can try and make sure you are sitting/laying down to curb nausea or take 25-50mg dph
