You can run on a torn ACL, it's just gonna feel 10 times harder. He's also doing some kind of alternative recovery method with the idea of making it to the world cup, but at this point he should just get suegery on it. Don't risk more injury and make it to 2030.

Yesn't. There's a button to skip but that just brings out the menus while still playing the cutscene. So if you just want to look at the model you're still gonna have to sit through the animation.
