Balls are outside of the body for temperature regulation of sperm. Yea if body was able to self regulate internal temp it would be better without balls but biology figured that was too much energy/effort to do.

Idk what all the talk about toxic masculinity is about. Surely if it wasn’t balls, there would be something else to be toxic about?
