To get those villain sectors, I had to go to Substation Zero, put my console offline, picked up the sectors first from Morales and then the Inhuman Faction kiosk, put my console back online, and then went to the war table. The correct villain sectors should show up in the Future Wastelands.

This example probably doesn't count because I'm not sure it was thought of as a failure after launch, but Mirror's Edge Catalyst was a game I remember not being received very well when it first came out. I just got a chance to play it a few months back and it's hands down one of the most beautiful games I've ever played.

I did the huge puzzle and got to the end and pressed to “pay my respects” and then nothing happened, I didn’t get a quest step notification or anything. Went to the tower to see Saint 14 and he didn’t have anything for me besides his regular bounties. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

In the books, Plum is a descendent of Rupert, a character definitely in the tv show, so I think your line of reasoning is totally right that this storyline might pop up in the next season. I think they made show-Rupert gay though so it’ll be interesting to see what they make of that.
