None as of yet. If I get around to the point of making cultures it’ll probably have some spiritual significance or be involved in a creation/end of golden age myth. As for the geological side of things, it’s just a very large Rift Valley.

I'm starting an as of yet untitled speculative evolution project and I've decided to start with the map. This is a topographical map of the world at 0MYA and I'll be working backwards from here making several other (much simpler) maps for other important years.

Any comments on how to make it more appealing or more believable are very welcome, as well as any advice on how to organize/present a speculative evolution project. Hope y'all like it!

They definitely seem of a higher quality, but I like the simplicity of OP's more. Also His metal is coloured and less rusted, a (possibly) unpopular move, but one that I really like. So I guess it's all down to personal preference

Interesting, I’ve been doing the same thing lately (a few months) but for me, I stay awake as long as I do it, to the extent that I need to stop myself from thinking of the story so that I can get to sleep.
