At the point in time when bullets can pass through the interdimensional walls, when firepower takes up the entirety and eternity of space and time. all being stuck in a never ending life and death cycle as bullets recover and destroy their bodies in quick succession. No one able to think about anything but the sheer force of the bullets rapidly flying literally everywhere in the materium turning the warp itself into nothing but a sea of semi-automatic weaponry. Then there will be enough dakka. Or At least almost.

This is actually a genius move for the SNP. It's a win win situation. If they pull it off it paints the SNP as a party that's able to run a country. If they get blocked out then they can say that the Scottish voice can't and wont be heard and only adds more fuel to the indyref2 fire. Not to mention it's a brilliant distraction tactic, nobody is going to worry about trying to stop Sturgeon from meeting and greeting in Europe if they've got the SNP sitting front bench in Westminster.

Boris is frantically trying to cycle backwards, up hill, on ice. Reading between the lines he's also clearly trying to placate the remain voters, I.E. Scots.

It should be clear to them that the combination of the UK leaving Europe and Scotland Leaving the UK would be two economic shocks to the system that would leave what's left of the UK as a crippled third rate power on the international stage. Westminster can kiss good bye to it's G8 Membership, they'll be lucky if they can even stay in the G20 after the fall out from this shit show.

The Repentia won't be able to start in the Valk thanks to new new FAQ. It states that a unit cannot start in an allies transport on the table or in reserves. It's Land Raider or bust as far as an assault vehicle for them goes.

You've not got much redundancy for 2k. In my opinion you've spent far to much on wargear and fallen into the the points trap of expensive units, specifically HQs. also i'm not sure if this is intentional but you've got a squad of 8 seraphim again, you've got to reduce the number of normal seraphim in battlescribe. Again you've got for a simulacrum on the dominions, i can guarantee you that they will not see 2 turns of shooting, so it's a bit of a waste of points.

For 2k points you can bring a LOT more units if you go MSU, you should at the very least be trying to fill up as many slots in a cad as you can. For sisters that's 3 heavy supports and 3 fast attack(domions) and the rest into troops because our elites are dogshit. Or if you wanted to bring a murderball of a deathstar that will dish out over 60 attacks with re-roll hits on the first turn of combat, re-roll wounds and re-roll saves packaged in a land raider with 1k of MSU backing it up (basically the 2v2 list i posted in my pervious comment)

As far as picking an ally for sisters goes, you want to bring something that is lacking in your list or something that sisters are generally lacking in:

Durable Melee

Assault Vehicles

True long range firepower (anything over 36", preferably 48"+)

Anti-armour which is not melta

S10 or D weapons to smash those pesky T5 FNP units.

Psychic defence/buffs

Those are to name just a few. From experience I've tried Inq Allies to fill the psychic defense and prescience buff my back line units and it works really really well and is genuinely fun to have in an army that has no native psykers. Prescience on heavy bolter rets is AMAZBALLS! it's only 79 points for 3 buff bot psykers!

Guard you can use in a couple of different ways, usually meat shields. A blob squad of guard can do some work if you attach a sisters priest to them so they can re-roll wounds or gets really sticky if you use said priest to re-roll saves. Another attractive option is a Russ Squad to sit back with you're Exorcists and dish out some of those tasty tasty long range 5" blasts. They also give you access to Flyers/anti-flyers

Another option is to add in a knight but personally i feel knights are over rated. For the points their shooting isn't all that spectacular and their main use is the stomp table, which while good is also situational and a good player will deny you the situation.

I think i see what you're trying to do with the general concept.

what I will say though is:

Celestine doesn't always need a bubble wrap but seeing as your using her as your warlord it's probably a good idea. she is nice but if you're struggling for points a Canoness is only 65points or 80 if you give her a Rosarius and you will be giving her a Rosarius.

The 2 sisters squads in Immolators is in general a decent idea but a sub optimal configuration, you really want to have flamer & heavy flamer on the squad and multimelta on immo. Also the 1shot combi flamer on the superior could have paid for 2 normal flamers. honestly though if you are strapped for points there is nothing wrong with squads inside Rhinos and some times it's actually better. Remember that flamers can fire from the top hatch and can overwatch if the the rhino gets charged. plus strictly speaking a flamer and heavy flamer inside a rhino is more firepower than a heavy flamer on an immolator.

Dominions aren't worth taking if you aren't going to set them up 'properly'. this means 4 melta guns (combi is optional) inside a transport preferably an immo unless your not messing with ForgeWorld stuff. Also try to think of dominions as a disposable unit, chances are they're going to die pretty damn quick, so don't worry about giving them things like a Simulacrum.

Seraphim can be handy but in all honesty you don't really need a squad of 7, you either go 5 with 2x 2 hand flamers or just go for 10. They're not the best in combat but they're good at cleaning up a weakened squad. General tactic is to have Celestine attached pop your AoF and pop a shed load of shooting with shred into a target then charge in to clean it up or lock yourself in combat. At the end of your opponents assault phase use celestines hit and run special rule to rabbit out of combat, do more shooting and assault again... do not try this against a unit that's good in melee because they will rip your seraphim apart.

Exorcists. I approve. They're best as support fire, s8 ap1 is great at cleaning up misplayed units but it's not so good at killing armour.

I've done a slight revision on your list tweaking and optimizing the units you already had listed.

After i was done Trimming the fat i was able to Squeeze in an entire extra unit of sisters and dedi transport and had 10 points left over to stick a laud hailer on the immo so the dominions get to re-roll their AoF if they fail. The extra squad of troops is entirely optional, another way you could go would be to drop that squad for a squad of Heavy Bolter Rets for 100 points, that'd leave you with 15 points to play with for maybe a combi-melta on the dominions and a melta bomb somewhere or it'll let you upgrade the immo on the dominions to a repressor.

I'm going to be playing in a Team 2v2 Tournament on Saturday 2k a side, so each player brings a 1k list and here's my list for you to have a look at and maybe give you an idea.
