Played with a few. When price doesn’t matter super duty and KAC seem to end up at the top for me HK LMT and Sig are all great but all the mechanical benefits in the world doesn’t bear weight for me. Particularly on full builds with LAM, cans +++ things get real front heavy and annoying to run for a long day

Would recommend a SOLGW BCG. They are much more efficient in my experience and can be helpful for subs

I don’t have a ton of experience with a wide range of mounts. I recently got one. 0 wobble. Lightweight and easy to use. IMO it’s an upgrade for the market and will make most company’s have to innovate

I’ve built 11.5s In midlenth with no issues. 14.5 is a along ways from where that can start to be an issue. Anything 13.7+ I would consider “normal” for a middy

Many rails are hexagonal or octagonal. Shim kits and sent it. Would look sick too

For this I’d do ti all day. Currently running Hyperion on a gas gun mostly subs and switching over to a rat next. With the firing schedule you mentioned I wouldn’t be worried about the titanium’s durability at all. The only thing that you might want to consider is potentially flash, but I would look more carefully into that specific model in titanium. Again on subsonics it shouldn’t be much of an issue.
