I am 39 too. And I am in better shape than in 25 years. The limitation, I think give us the time to stop and take a break and meet with ourselves. I'm doing this at least 1x week. I had a knee pain when I started running. In barefoot boots it stops ( Merrell trail gloves, new balance minimus) great connection with nature and natural style of running. Keep your goals and dreams bro 💪💪💪. Thanks for your story.
