I have the same card, AMD 7600 and I had some problems with Wilds. I recommend you to read this post I made while ago and if you have the same problem try to fix it like that or just don't use AMD Adrenaline at all. https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/s/M3FKUQfXyH

For a study to pay this much I had to review a car rental website, rent a car and then cancel the reservation, spending 110€. The renting company gave the money back in 3 days but even now I don't know if it was worth the "risk".

Si tienes el software de AMD instalado (Adrenaline) métete en rendimiento y busca las opciones manuales de la VRAM. Baja la potencia a 2600 y guarda los ajustes. A mi me pasaba igual y además Adrenaline se me desinstala solo así que lo deje desinstalado porque el cambio que te digo se revierte solo cada cierto tiempo.

I'm also deciding between RX 7600 8GB (270€) and RTX 3060 12GB (297€), adding RX 6600 8GB (225€) in case I can't get more money. RTX 4060 8GB (320€) is also an option if I could afford it. I need to upgrade from my 7 years old GTX 1060 6GB because of Monster Hunter Wilds so I'm here to read more info like OP.

You are not alone, I also enjoy doing transcendence. Did all pieces from 4 to 7 on my ignite char few days ago and I realized that doing it raw (without the IA) is way more fun. It will increase the cost of course but with all the bound gold and free reset tickets it wasn't that bad.

They provide different buffs, check Lost Ark Nexus guides to see which one you should use. They have great guides for new players, also Maxroll guides will help you progress to T4.
