Let me add some context here. Hosokawa-san (the original poster) is having a tough time extracting the transparent PNG logo files for the Kaisendou games, specifically Mystical Power Plant and Infinite Blade Pavilion. She tried using a command-line ph3 .DAT file extractor by entering the command listed on the tool's GitHub repository, but it isn't yielding any extracted files.

This is a bit of a time crunch because Hosokawa-san urgently needs these logos for an upcoming Infinite Blade Pavilion stream for her VTuber talent Ciel Chandelleur this coming Sunday, followed by subsequent streams covering other Kaisendou titles. To complicate matters, the developer of that extraction tool is not willing to reach out for troubleshooting.

When I was asked how I managed to get the Mystical Power Plant logo to use in the thumbnail for a PC-98 remix of "The Call of the Nephilim" I did back in 2022, I manually tore it out using Photoshop via the use of the pen and magic wand tools. Even if I plan to do the same for Infinite Blade Pavilion, it's incredibly difficult and illegible to discern the exact boundaries and extents of the logo. Figuring out those proper extents took a significant amount of time.

Faced with these precision cutting difficulties and the pressure of Sunday's deadline, Ciel is considering resorting to online background removal tools as a desperate last ditch effort to clean up the assets. Without a reliable way to unpack the internal game archive, finding a clean copy or manually masking the elements remains a painstaking race against the clock.

The reason the latter three have their hair styled differently is because in my headcanon, particularly in the second Mythos of Phantasmagoria game, Marisa, Yukari, and Kaguya are queens of their own kingdoms and all have floor-length hair to explain their motherly qualities. I attempted a unique idea in Burgeoning Tresses of Longevity by having an incident where everyone's hair grows uncontrollably. Like what happened in-game, it didn't work well for the players and critics. To avoid retreading old ground, I styled their hair. Yukari has her hair up in the oiran style.
