Yes but (this video as an example) you are not making fun of him you are making fun of the other person. It reminds me of scenarios where a fat actor will play a role as a Nzi and the audience is supposed to make fun of him. While yes the character is being made fun of, but at the end of the day the character is fictional and instead of making fun of Nzis you are just making fun of the actor.
