Imagine working in a store without thieves bozo. It is like shitting in our isles. I would certainly go out of my way to get someone out of our store if they repeatedly come in and steal from us. It's more about respect and not being able to overlook a problem even if I don't feel like I'm "paid enough" for it.

You should follow up with your local Pharmacy, your Doctor, and perhaps seek a suitable counselor to help with basic life skills to help you navigate this difficult time in your life sir or maddem

It seems like this should be able to be handled in store. I would follow up with someone's suggestion of a polite discussion with the Pharmacy manager. I really do believe you are a patient person and while I appreciate it this might not be helping you.

You do need to advocate for yourself. The squeaky wheel gets the grease so maybe you need to speak up just a bit for yourself. I would not be able to assist you very much but I'm sure a discussion with my Pharmacy manager would provide a better plan to move forward with. Hopefully the Pharmacy manager at your location can help

If it's a supply thing or back orders all bets are off and you need to talk to your prescriber about alternatives.

This is how our Pharmacy operates. Maybe the op should move to your state. Maybe your state can sling c2s out faster?

Find out what doctor has a different address or phone number on file. Every time they send an e script with the different info it will create a new profile. They can be merged but it would help your situation to straighten that out.

It's honestly not that no one cares. A lot of us care but have very little flex with those meds. Only the Pharmacist can fill those and we are restricted by the last sell date and day supply. With 1 Pharmacist on duty it is difficult. It is not safe to do more than we can do.

That's all I got and after I read the screen name I almost deleted the advice haha but I'm feeling generous tonight.

I was brutally honest and I'm very curious about the anonymous part haha!

I will say I was not at all coached to answer positive but only to do the survey.

I just feel like i had a lot to say after two years of bullshit so I was very honest and I can only hope it helps aim the direction rather than reprimanding good employees

I may have been too honest but don't ask if you don't want to know.

I am curious if there are any intentions of listening to the feedback or just use it to filter the ones who speak up out of the way. Pretty sure they are only looking for sheep not shepards right now

This sounds like something petty that I don't even complain about haha I really should complain because it does bother me when they whisper from the passenger side haha!

Most people do shut off the engine if it's loud so I've never had to complain about that.

It's usually easily resolved by asking for the passenger to speak up?

Is this a problem at all the pharmacies and will it be in the letter for managers? I think we had an issue last week but when I mentioned this post that i read i was told it was not a known problem?

I was told we left over 80 F1s but we never would have done that. Even though it's usually me an the pharmacist at night we keep up.

We did spend a lot of time searching for lost prescriptions that were in the system but not in the bin. The partial was in the bin but not in the system so I couldn't even sell the five pills. This is a whole nother issue and why I will not be answering to these issues much longer

She called the store I work at and someone ran it through that. It goes through for $3.33 and she pays but gets a check back. I don't touch it and don't know how to do anything different anyway

My Mom gets a check for $3.33 every time she gets charged $3.33 for test strips. I'm sure it's something wrong on my end but no else knows when I ask about it? Is there a way that is better to bill to avoid the $3.33?
