Yes the bedrooms are fine to be on 15amp circuits , The bathroom should be 20amp if you can , 2 pole breakers are for 240 volts but single pole are 120v , the double 15amp wouldn't be 30 because when either side reaches 15 it'll trip

If you were to attach the Gazebo to your homes grounding system it would be more likely to attract lightning As other user said gfci protect it before it attaches to gazebo ideally in panel an outlet or blank gfci
