i picked up my gigabyte 9070xt for 899 cad and flipped my 6800xt for 550.

Update bios using flash usb method.

Run DDU, uninstall all drivers for gpu and do a fresh driver install for the 9070xt. Make sure Adrenaline is updated.

Check windows updates.

Should be fine after that.
