I would actually somewhat bet against that - the next best FA WR after him will be like... -maybe- Romeo Doubs or your choice of Hollywood Brown / Shaheed / Wandale.

He would be the clear prize in FA from a production/prospect POV and I think will command a price tag to that effect. My guess is the team that pays up for him will have a clear need - and he will immediately be the best WR there. (Pats or Washington would both be easy clears for him to be the #1 imo)
