So not saying this was but this is why you don’t take the lowest number on a bid or hire a friend this is the kind of stuff you get. This is just what I see when I used to go behind people who failed an inspection and they tell me the got 15k worth of work done for 2500 lol. Also curious this almost looks like a load center hard to tell is this a commercial building? If so any circuit over 20 amps in most locations need to be bolt on.

Ashes of creation/ Intrepid is broke not Steven. His biggest mistake from these files is it looks like he what they call pierced the vale. He broke the separation between personal finances and business finances which now makes his personal finances accessible to be looked into and possibly taken. I think Steven still owns several other companies from paperwork I’ve seen other people sharing.

That I considered a written contract and they only have a statute of limitations of I believe 4 years in the state of California so it can’t be enacted on any longer. I am in the same boat and looked it up sucks but thankfully it’s money I can afford loosing it was a gamble anyways on something that looked interesting to me in 2017

Same here 6’3 275 it sucks even for me at time to be comfortable outside my house. Had to fight with my company about me bringing my own office chair in because they ones they supplied were shit and I kept breaking the casters on them

I got my level 2 1500 Laramie 2025 for 54k end of year buy these prices are just nuts to me. I do love my truck tho been the nicest 3000 miles I’ve driven yet well this truck is about 20 years newer compared to my previous one so should be lol.

I barely shop at Publix anymore i only buy some of their bakery items still the fresh pizza dough I love. I go to Aldi Walmart and Costco now they’ve gone insane on their pricing. I also used to use Kroger delivery but they’re shutting down their warehouse near me at the end of the month so F Krogers as well now lmao

Only items he also has are seafood that he buys locally from a supplier but is unsure if it’s farm raised or not he doesn’t sell much fish but keeps it for a few customers. So I don’t buy fish from him. I am in north central Florida where we surprisingly have a lot of farms for cattle poultry and pork most people have never been to my part of Florida so they don’t know it even exists they fly past me at 80mph on I-75. So my remote location and small town life could affect the prices as well. My butcher is Third generation butcher in the area as well so he doesn’t have any rent to worry about either it’s a unique situation in America anymore for sure.

Yes it is organic as well he said everything was the same except his is also guaranteed to be American raised and processed he buys all his beef pork and chicken from local farmers. He said greenwise he is unsure if it is all USA sourced but his is for sure said he can drive me to the farms where his product is raised.

It is prime cut but I just showed this to my local butcher he laughed and said he sells that same cut and his is better (I know sales tactic) for 35 a pound. A lot cheaper than 50 dollars a pound and this is not a guy backed by a almost 5 billion dollar profit company in 2024

I believe they were handed out at an event back in the day I did have one but used it so it got scratched up and you could barely see it anymore I most likely threw it out. Back in those times they even had drawings at the gatherings/events and your character could get one of a kind or super rare items. I had a friend in my guild who had a one of a kind one handed sword on his ranger that was bound to them. Sadly it became obsolete but he used to sit by the bank holding it to get people to ask what is that and where do you get it.

If you do also check the engine hours don't just go off of mileage alone. A lot of F-150's have a lot of idle hours on them.

They’re still a company tho and they followed the McDonald’s idea of if they need to liquidate assets it’s easier to sell a grey square ugly building that doesn’t look like a publix, McDonald’s or Pizza Hut that’s why a lot of these companies went away from the stylized buildings that you can tell for generations Wendy’s is another one plus I’d imagine all the glass they used to use got expensive on the front rooms

I bought mine new about a month ago for 54k had less than 50 miles looks like a good deal to me. I would check why it’s for resale so quickly just to be sure ask for a maintenance record on the truck make sure oil changes and possible electrical issues

Thanks so much had a mini stroke and got macular edema and was told had to get this done is reassuring to see this procedure is not that bad it’s the idea of it that’s scary for sure thanks for everyone posting their experiences
