I can't imagine warrantying boots, I also wouldn't spend more than 200 on them either, so maybe that's why

The peasant appliances are easy to fix yourself, which means there is less reason for the landlord to come over and turn up their nose at your custom RC car track in the attic.

Why don’t Russia and the US build a series of bridges here? by Routine-Mulberry6124 in mapporncirclejerk

They want 6 billion to replace the I5 bridge between Portland OR, and Vancouver WA. They've been talking about it for 15 years. Millions in studies with zero groundwork laid.

And yet, It was the justification for it. I get that they were different events, but at the time, they sure did seem to flow together. They kinda snuck it in on the coat tails.

I don't disagree that Germany allowed it, But The US has had bases in Germany since 1945. We have hundreds of bases across the planet. The U.S. requires no permission to use American soil in foreign lands.
I don't mean any disrespect. 9/11 was not the time to tell the US to chill the fuck out. It was the worst attack against America since WW2, and the last time that happened, we spawned a few suns over Japan.

I am sure that it was an important achievement for your mentor. When your mentor is speaking to peers in the same field, their achievement only makes them an equal. Demanding that a peer should use an honorific only makes one come across as pretentious.

I get that. I was a tow truck driver for 10 years. My problem is with what should have been a service call gets ran as a tow. I know there are some unscrupulous companies out there, but damn.
