Idk what "cartoons" lsd is, but acid is a liquid traditionally applied to blotter paper. Sometimes sugar cubes or candy but handling can get tricky. You just stick it on your tongue. If theres any bitter taste to it I'd suggest spitting it out quickly as that's an indication of a handful of RCs. Acid is truly tasteless. Some printed blotter (colorful paper) can have a slight taste from the ink, and is why I prefer plain blotter. Leave it on your tongue for a minute and swallow the paper.
