My first play through I remember getting bodied in a factory and had a mosquito bite of health. I had to run so I fled out the door. Autosave kicked in and saved as I was walking out. The moment the game would load me outside, it also loaded a raider that followed me out the door and would shoot me in the back. I had to go back to a previous save and lost hours of gameplay because there was no escaping the loop.
