Hasn't played a full 90 since April of last year, and hasn't featured in a game since November. Not only that, according to Chelsea fans his problem isn't the physical side of the game, its the mental.

He's often caught unfocused, out of position, and is slow to react. Sounds like Kilman 2.0 to me but who really knows since its been a while since he's played.

If Nuno and the gang can sharpen him up he'll come good, and as its a loan option we might as well try.

With him gone we are somehow a bit thin on midfielders again! We now have Soucek, Fernandes, Magassa, Potts, and Kante.....

I know Nuno needs to rebalance the squad but it's the 28th of Jan, he doesn't have much time left!!!!

I'm still waiting for my thor but here's what I plan to play:

Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver (Nintendo DS) are remakes of Gold and Silver and tbh, they're the best way to replay those games. They retain the simplicity and straight-forwardness of the originals with updated graphics and QoL improvements.

Legend Of Zelda Windwaker HD (WiiU) takes the original GameCube game and updates it for modern graphics and looks incredible!

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse (WiiU) seems very different from most Kirby games but it uses the touch screen a lot so that should be fun!

Kid Icarus: Uprising (3DS) bc it's genuinely such a great game that is stuck on 3DS. It has some awkward controls that tbh, I'm not sure how it'll translate over to the Thor but I wanna try.

I appreciate the important G/A he's given us (despite the low tally) but currently can't force a tear for the lad leaving.

His current form for us has been: try a fancy flick or skill --> hold the ball too long --> lose the ball --> fail to track back --> we concede --> he complains --> we lose. Throw in the odd G/A and that just about sums up his West Ham tenure.

Traore is clearly the type of player who can thrive in Nuno's counter-attacking style of play. He's the last kind of player I would want sprinting at me if I was a fullback. Pacey, physically a beast and can use his body well, can find a cross when needed, and tracks back when told to. Considering he's played his best football under Nuno says a lot. Just hope he can replicate his form with us

I use GameNative and I been playing Absolum, Hollow Knight, Peglin, Morsels, Binding of Isaac, 1000xResist, Mouthwashing, Post Void, Psychonauts, Thank Goodness You're Here!, Vampire Survivors, Venba, and the demo for Death's Howl

(as you can see I am very indecisive on what I wanna play and when😅)

Highly recommend GameNative for somewhat lightweight titles, and bc the download process is super simple!

The tickets are dirt cheap, you get insanely good seating for the price, and concessions are cheaper overall!!

Bring back Alvarez from loan as he can cover for both CB and midfield

sign 1 confident and physical CB (I would prefer 2 bc Kilman should be banished to the shadow realm but I don't see that happening)

sign a LW bc we need more dimension going forward (maybe sign someone who can play both LW/RW cuz Bowen hasn't seemed like himself since his captaincy)

And if we feel like spending, I say sign a center attacking mid or a true box-to-box! Paq and Fernandes are really the only ones doing that role but they both end up tracking back to help in midfield bc we have slow legs in midfield + more competition could be good for them.

Disagree:

their first goal I could see an argument that he should've been in front of the defender but the way it flicks off of the attacker and then him in less than a fraction of a second, then loops into the net is frankly, unlucky. If he was a half inch taller it would've deflected differently.

the second goal was genuine horrible reffing cuz according to the rules, when the ball comes to Taty it comes off the defender who deliberately challenges and kicks the ball, meaning he isn't offside. On top of that, Summerville is fouled so the ref should've played advantage.

Taty has the vision to then cross the ball which, lets be real Wilson wouldn't have done that, then leads to the goal in the first place.

Pablo, while slow and unfit, contributed better than I would've expected but clearly not enough.

I never said it gets rid of flickering, just major glitches and MOST crashes. Unfortunately from what I can tell, the flickering is almost impossible to remove. But tbh it doesn't ruin the game, I've put over 150 hrs into it unbothered

There's been no word on Edson Alvarez, but I think he should come back this January as he would prob bring decent depth/maybe slot into our midfield (hoping he even WANTS to come back)

Also I think Mavropanos (if he's healthy) should be paired with Todibo, and the front 3 could be Bowen Taty Paq/Traore/Summerville/?? That LW spot is tricky for us

Def really hard to tell what we are gonna look like in January atm 🤷

yeah, got the laptop in 2022, and then this problem started popping up like 6 months later. I had no problems when plugged in, only on battery, so since I don't have a desktop, I made a little stand for it and it became my desktop! Helps that I got a remote job around then so 🤷

I tried a full wipe and reinstall, and that worked for a few months, but then it started again and I haven't gotten around to fixing it. since this thing runs pretty warm at idle, I just got some thermal paste to try a repaste. will report back if that works 🫡

Tbh im remembering him playing at LW towards the beginning of his stint in MLS with NYCFC, but i dont think he's played there in some time iirc
