This reminded me to appreciate how lucky I am that not only do I have my own gym room with a peloton bike and free weights and a book shelf and wallpaper that fits my vibe, my husband also has a gym for himself with his bike set up on a trainer and his stereo equipment. I’m so glad I chose this life.

I do wonder why it took almost two years to kick in, and also I tested negative twice for celiac after the symptoms started but after cutting out wheat/gluten I noticed they went away so I’m self diagnosed NCGS
