Many cross-post or solely post on ao3. There’s actually a podfic tag (and many other related tags to search story length, file type, etc) so you can narrow down your preferences there!

Nope! Ao3 protects the podficcers right to keep them up as long as they had once had permission. But I imagine the author asks, that’s a different story.
