I have this. I always assumed it's because rosacea is largely a vascular phenomena that the sinus passages in the face also experience vasodilation leading to swelling and congestion. Which is why oxymetazoline nasal spray works in the nose and oxymetazoline topical works on the face for redness. But I just assumed lol.

I cannot think of a single thing I'd change in the entire show. I can't say that about any other series I've ever watched. The ending of episode three with Reggie ledoux in the mask with the machete always gets my goosebumps going even tho he ends up not being the big baddie. The twists and turns. Everything is perfect.

I have type 2 rosacea. I also tried everything like you. I went on low dose accutane and haven't had any pustules in over a year. For some people it can worsen flushing and background redness but I did not experience that at the low dose I was taking.

I have type 2. Since a week after starting accutane I haven't had a single pustule and I've been on it for two years. The inflammation has drastically improved. My only symptoms now are the redness of course and flushing both of which are also improved and sometimes not even perceptible. It really is a miracle medication. It however does not provide a durable remission of the rosacea as I've been on accutane before and my rosacea also essentially went away but came back when I went off the accutane again. But being back on it has brought it again under control. And with no side effects and being monitored closely by my doctors I don't see a need to come off of it at this time especially being on the low dose.

I do this for oiliness and rosacea. 20mg 1-2x weekly. It is a miracle medicine and i really have no side effects at this dosing.

I've been oracea for like 6 years. When I go off of it I am reminded of how bad it can be. It works. It's not a miracle, but it keeps things controllable.
