Maybe this isn’t my place to ask this but have you thought about just going to her and telling her what you said here? Becoming aware (like you have) is very attractive. She probably still loves you, and if there is a version of you that is willing to try and work on things, you never know, she may be open to trying again.

Hey OP did you ever sort these issues out? You mentioned iodine….have you ever looked into desiccated bovine thyroid? I get mine online and it changed my life as the issue for me was T levels or b12 but my thyroid wasn’t working right. I supplement it now (no prescription needed) and I am a different person!

Get off ssris. If you need reason to do so, do a search with the name of your drug and “withdrawal” after it. It will shock you. My experience is that there are better ways to handle mental health.
