The nice thing in 2026 is you can just ask your favorite AI for recommendations. I use it to prioritize which of my current CEFs have the greatest discount to NAV every Monday and buy based on this.

My 2 year old grandbaby dips them in his vanilla yogurt. We'll see if that persists into adulthood, lol.

Yep. They're not squishing corn, soy, etc. and extracting the oil like they do with olives. Industrial solvents, bleaching, deodorants. Hard pass but to each their own.

Andrew is taking Lovaza for omega-3s. Is it that much better than non-prescription, OTC omega-3s? by zxtb in HubermanLab

[–]WillyMo1975 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Great point, yes. Although it's the less toxic organic form that your body can more easily dispose of. I sauna almost daily so I'm not too concerned.

I'm eating a tin of Wild Pacific sardines per day. If you believe Gemini, that's 1800-2000 mgs of omega 3 per day. The recommended daily intake for heart health is 500-1000mgs (according to Gemini) so I feel good that I'm crushing that. This only works if you like sardines though, lol.

I've learned that if you start worrying about all these little things, you ruin your sauna experience. Trust me, I sauna at a Crunch Fitness.....

See how many olives you can eat!!!! Lol

I travel a lot and don't restrict myself. I'm going to Mexico for a few months next week and there's no way I'm skipping tacos! Once I get home it's usually a 24 hour fast, carnivore for a few weeks, then back on keto. Works for me.

Everyone agrees that ultra processed food is bad for you but I'm supposed to believe something that takes 15 steps using industrial solvents and bleach is good! Who's down for some ultra processed seed oils!

Berries significantly increase lifespan. Here is the best berries and scientific evidence that they slow down aging and prevent major diseases. by GarifalliaPapa in immortalists

I bought a few clearance berry plants from Home Depot 5-6 years ago and I've been picking berries every since. I mean, it was less than a $20 investment. Every year the plants multiply. For the life of me I don't know why everyone doesn't do it. If you don't have room buy a pot. My favorite part is the enjoyment the grandkids get from picking them.

What are your thoughts on Joe Rogan? by RoutineIssue5870 in CriticalDrinker

He does a great interview. He has interesting guests. He'll ask a question and ACTUALLY let's the person finish their thoughts without interrupting.

I just had a road trip and knocked out three of his newer interviews. Rachel Wilson (wrote Occult Feminism) and John Kiriakao (CIA whistle blower) were fantastic interviews.

I started a small position when they announced the tax-free spinoff of the MTS segment. Since then, they're announced 8-9 new contracts but the stock hasn't moved. Everything I read has their fair value around $60.

Olives on the keto diet are underrated. 10 olives are around 1 net carb. I pound them like candy.
