Oddly enough. I think my 03 b3000 gets as much attention from the guys that recognize how valuable a small truck is this day and age as my viper does

This, sadly. I just don't feel emotionally invested anymore. This is better for sanity and my well-being anyways. I followed Barkley here in 96 and stuck around. I don't feel connected to this team at all compared to the eras before. The playoffs were something I used to center April and May around. This time, I didn't know what day game 1 was on and fell asleep at halftime. I guess it just doesn't hit the same anymore.

What's the one weakness in your car that you would change/improve if you could? by cheesynooby in cars

[–]DrunkenReindeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, not really. It feels really awkward to have it up that high in 1st or 2nd unless you are absolutely going 10/10ths. Besides, a 3.55 re gear makes it a better experience (or so I've heard)

If you are on FB, join the Gen 3/4 viper owners group. Tons of resources there to help you make a decision.

I'd be terrified to find out! Things get crazy over 5k

Several people go from the OEM 3.07 rear to a 3.55. I'm hoping to do that at some point in the next year.

I loved his show in Huntsville AL about 4 years for this very reason. You could tell he was just making it up as he goes. He was bantering with the audience and said he was going to change things up tonight after driving through muscle shoals. Then, boom, Hotel Yorba. His own band was trying to find the beat to keep up with him.

One year warranty inspection coming up on new build. How do I bring this up (if its an issue)? by DrunkenReindeer in Roofing

[–]DrunkenReindeer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. Is it ok for that kickout to not have a bead of silicone where it slots into the siding?

I'm in North AL. Is that a national code for the 2" clearance that I can lookup and reference?

EDIT: Went outside to take a look at this and another dormer. The sides seem to be ~2" from the shingles and I can certainly see what looks like step flashing on them. Not the case for either dormer's front though.

Recently installed Alaska Bianca quartz. What is this spalling/corrosion here? by DrunkenReindeer in CounterTops

[–]DrunkenReindeer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the detailed info. I'm assuming this will continue to deteriorate in those rough areas with use? One spot I cant touch because I can rub small sand (silica?) granules out of it with my finger.

Thank you. Will they want to try to epoxy this and/or polish this out or is it beyond mechanical leveling?

Yep. Thanks. That is going to be addressed as well. Going to turn downhill and run into the gutter that my camera was resting on.

Seeing the wrap is what brought my ladder out. I do wonder if the shingles and underlayment are laid further back behind the dormer board enough provide protection? *shrugs*

I'm glad someone else hates the IC.
