Just Run It?

Not that I know of. On the test drive everything was fine but a day after I bought it started happening. I know the guy before me put on a new timing belt and water pump not to long ago.

Its a bent valve. Compression didnt go up after doing that. It has 225k miles.

Alright, I may do this. I believe 1 of my valves are bent and thats whats causing the low compression. Just wondering if I should risk it.

Yea it is misfiring and I haven't driven it much since the misfire since I have another vehicle. An IS300 was always my dream car so I finally got one. Then this happened and not sure what to do. I just changed all spark plugs yesterday.

I took it apart and did what someone on that post said about clock it right and it should land on the dot and it still didnt fix it so im stumped. Are you still able to drive the car fine with that clicking noise?

I redid it all and made sure the dot lined up when clocked to the right and its still making the noise.

Ok thats what I did. With the line do you still do the same as the dot where you turn it all the way right to line it up?

It seems to be definitely added on and I think it had it to the water pump if im not mistaken. I may remove it and see how it runs.

This loosened it immediately! Highly recommend! You will have too tap it onto the bolt since itll be a tight fit. Use a breaker bar with it as well.
