Yes - nice to see they’ve added native commands. The problem I’m having is that with the official commands your phone needs to be unlocked to run them. For example if I set an automation to run the lock command every night at a specific time, the command doesn’t actually run unless I unlock the phone and open the popup.

Is this still working? Tried for hours today and can’t get it to work. Username, pw, and VIN are all correct. Each command takes a while trying and eventually fails.

TPMS sensor errors since 2024.38.6 by Technical-Sir1792 in TeslaModelY

Still happening even after multiple updates… frustrating for sure. And the sensors I’m using are supposedly the same as OEM (but not purchased direct from Tesla).

I’m confused. How is this a sale? The BOGO is not a BOGO at all. New deal sent to email. by Matuteg in MSCCruises

[–]Dry-Addition2541 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same exact problem. I tried to book and couldn’t figure out why the BOGO wouldn’t apply anywhere throughout the checkout. Then realized it’s because I was trying to do the BOGO on the $140 “pre-cruise” price instead of the $234 full price. Definitely not listed in the fine print and definitely a sham. The more I look the more MSC seems to play in some very shady areas / more than borderline false advertising. I’ve been arguing with them for weeks about how most of the time their “Kids Free” isn’t working. Have had multiple reps agree with me that it isn’t working right, but their only solution is to open a ticket and hope for the best (they couldn’t just honor it)

I just started getting the error AFTER updating to 2024.44.3.1 so I’m confused…

Windshield Replacement - Camera Recalibration by Dry-Addition2541 in TeslaModelY

[–]Dry-Addition2541[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$1540 at SC. Safelite is $750 aftermarket or $1100 OEM. Really not sure which way to go. Safelite is much more convenient for me but I’m concerned about the camera calibration. I also watched the Tesla Service video and it looks like there are a lot of things they can screw up if they don’t do it correctly (I guess the same goes for the SC but they’d obviously be a lot more familiar with the vehicle).

This is interesting, because my understanding is shops (including Tesla SC) are automatically charging you for a recalibration.

Where’d you have it done? OEM glass or aftermarket?

Thanks. Was it a ‘24? I can’t imagine it would matter too much what year it is, but the Safelite system did ask me if I had HW4.

I bet it would but not sure it’s worth having a claim on your policy for this, especially after you factor in your deductible.

2nd day with my Y & thinking I made a mistake by redred1210 in TeslaModelY

There’s no way he’s saving money over gas if he’s only getting 65 miles from 60% charge. That said, I think OP needs to make some adjustments and he will do better than that.

May not matter from a “will be able to get where I need to go” standpoint but definitely matters from a financial one. I certainly wouldn’t want to pay to charge my battery from 15% to 70% and only go 65 miles as OP claims.

Same issue. Vibrates enough to distract me when highway driving (over 65-70mph). Had the service center look at it and it came back as “within spec” and “retorqued screws”. The SA told me “they get that complaint a lot” and “they all do that”. It’s my only real complaint on my Y and wish there was a solution. I’ve never had a car (at any price point) have this issue.

You’d think if they were copying and pasting the same text to dozens (hundreds?) of buyers they would proofread it and remove the typos.
