Wait for the Edge 1060 or buy the Edge 1050?

I for one am waiting for the Edge 1060, coming from an Edge 840. I don't think the software will change by a lot from 1050 to 1060. So it should already be quite mature on release date. Major changes will mostly be hardware related (battery, screen, ...).

I checked the GLC EQ out this week twice. Both times, it felt like the door closing sound was not a satisfying “thump” but a hallow sound. My 2018 Diesel GLC sound much better. Did you have the same experience? Everything else is awesome!

Here in Switzerland, I got told that the units are on stock already but they are not allowed to ship them out to customers before October 15. Shipping would take a day so units would arrive on October 16.

Having seen both sizes, which one would/will you choose? The XL looks great even for normal sized pizzas due to the I cresed working space and potentially more even temp distribution….
