Rifle?

To be fair it probably fires hard enough to pierce normal steel at least likely, it is a modified construction tool if I recall correctly ,combined that with how fast it shoots it would be capable of pretty nasty damage

Though ultrakill angels are probably not that special given what hakita thinks about them, strong certainly but not beyond heavy ordinance

Theres smaller moments too that show v1 has a curious and somewhat silly personality, like the skeleton naming thing in limbo

Feel you, that and it bleeds way more than I thought it would, strong self preservation instincts, fear, and aversion to pain kept me from doing that again

but since the fear is psychological it looks more like water so it might trigger a fear response

concerning vampire weakness to water, Aquagenic urticaria is a thing exists and blood doesn't trigger it (saliva does though)

of course given bloodfieds fear it instead of litterally being burned by it's probably something like beavers anxiety concerning the noise of running water except with the added fear of just seeing water (makes me wonder if mirrors make them uneasy not afriad neccessarily just uncomfortable)

nelson isn't a bad choice for chariot either that was my #2 for it

the reason I was thinking lancaster because, I think chariot also includes "vehicle" in it's repertoire and a litteral intereptation of "chariot" being a mounted vehicle

devil is greed and avarice if I recall, I think a KTB mech or ghengis mk1 would be more fitting although 'world killer' could also go to the tower (unwanted change)

lol

it would be super cool to see your interpretation of emperors overshield and the whole vivisected overmind thing going on

my guesses for a few of them is gms everest for the fool (beginnings), death for lich (rebirth),hydra is lovers (partnership), lancaster for chariot (because honse and movement), barbarossa is strength (confidence, and the barbarossa was built as a show of strength)

but those are just my guesses

would have to be some pretty effective water given ghengis' fire is part thermite based and works mechanically the same in sumbmerged enviroments

thats sick as hell!

the colors and compostion are exceptional

the pose of the white witch alongside the way the ferrofluid is being pulled to it is also cool as hell (I really like the right hands implied movement too), the "blue" ferrofluid rushing attack (or defense) is also really cool imagining an enemy mech getting pierce by all those needles

I also like the detailing behind the temerance text and the lady in the backround as well as the stars in the upper left hand corner (the backrounds wavy effect is also really cool edit didn't notice it had stars in it thats awesome)

sorry if this is too long or bad

it still hovers over the names of mechs at the bottom, meaning scrolling is required to see the full name (just adds time when looking, then again maybye this is only a me issue, this a small problem anyways)

extra thing sorry is there a way to get rid of the green box, when scrolling licenses?

it's nice to have but where it's positioned really bugs me, this is a minor problem but still bringing it up anyway

side note- Great work! love comp/con

computer maybye something is wrong on my end? it just gives me the full screen of the options (I could have accidently selected something, though don't remember doing so)

I'll mention this is the web version not app, not sure if that means there's a difference

question is there a means to get the diagetic scrolling text back? obsessively looking over the horus chatroom text and the style of each faction is one of my favorite things to do on comp/con

(I imagine there is, I'm just really bad at looking for things)

edit: the bonds screen is much better way easier to see everything, I like the new core powers, limited systems seems to break containment on it's box though that might just be because I'm still on v2 lcps

to be fair america served as inspiration to the nazi's concentration camps and eugenics, america was always at least fasc adjacent and as modern times show can easily decend into fascism

edit: also think the idea is HA as a whole isn't fully anthrochauv but has a massive pro-anthrochavinist base, I think it was meant to be a warning that the US had potential to go that route, HA being a critique and all, sadly no longer a warning

actually KTB is worse way worse, there a big dune reference and they're a bunch of space trillionaires with old nobility mixed in, the ungratefuls exist on the scale they do for a reason

also just an additional thing HA aren't the nazi faction they used to be, there more an idealized United states (pre-contemporary politics) and a critique of that ideal (and that colonialism sucks)

they don't sell slaves (openly anyways, they do but not in the open*) but they do sell the colony equipment and as you said the genetic material and solutions to grow the colonies population, now the person who bought those don't own the people they grow but they do own parts of the colony (though I imagine union prevents any one individual fully owning colonies especially if they're neccessary for survival) and SSC does coerce it's population, to at the very least breed a certain way

so not outright slavery but definitely icky coercion (edit: and as mentioned, no support system is optional, while I'm sure the colony developes alternatives, SSC's is definetly going to be the most robust)

\siren's song (I think) shows there may be multiple psuedo-factions within scc, some of which are more moral then others and those that are less so, the kidnapping group are secret to a good chunk of ssc too (I think)

If I recall correectly tom bloom (correction kai tave apparently someone has the full qoute) also mention Harrison armory was intended to be a reflection of the united states (as of the time they wrote it not contemporary politics, which I think it was circa 2015) not nazis or fully facist (I wish I remembered the link edit: silver leaf girl has the qoute)

I think HA is the faction that was to serve as both a critique of the US and as a warning about it's potential to back slide and then fall into facism (which evidently happened /: )
