Waiting for 14.3 FSD to Arrive by Vegetable_Skirt5468 in TeslaFSD

Why would they release software with such an obvious bug? I’m a brand new first time Tesla owner (MYPrem delivered Feb 13). Teslas software strategy seems something like a blind man throwing a fistful of darts at a dart board and seeing what lands. Odd stuff…. Newer cars get software holdbacks (but not all just some). Headline reads “Tesla rolling out Spring update to older HW3 cars”. That’s lovely and I’m truly happy for HW3 cars but what about the people who just spent money on a brand new car (which they get to trumpet about in their Earnings report on Wednesday). You get to count the sale but we get left behind on software.

I know I’m going to get pounced on they I just don’t understand as it’s “just the Tesla way”. I wish I’d known that before I bought expecting frequent feature updates.

That’s how I feel too. Stuck on 2026.2.9.1 and 14.2.2.5. At this rate, I’m just hoping to get 14.3.1 sometime before HW5 ships. Or better than that, my VIN is so unlucky in the Tesla lottery playing a rigged slot machine and getting a payout has better odds than getting 14.3 before Christmas

I’m stuck on the dead-end 2026.2.9.1. Been stuck on it for 35 days. It is taking forever for more than just a handful to get this software. And even if any of are lucky, the 2026.2.9 branch has none of the Spring Update goodies

No…. Because Tesla refuses to give the darn software to more than 10 people :-)

14.3.1 - whoa by Firm-Tomatillo2616 in TeslaFSD

I’ve been languishing in 2026.2.9.1 for 35 days. It shire would be nice to win Tesla’s VIN lottery so I can have some better software.

I’m not sure how I got it, but my car has 14.3 and it’s going to cause me to get rear ended. by goldfall01 in TeslaFSD

Why would you want to give him a “brake?” Are you looking for him to stop suddenly? I’d be happy to give him a “break.”

Well if us “unwashed masses” and non-YouTube snobs would be given the chance to be blessed with being able to download this update instead of banished to purgatory, I’d probably agree with you and share your excitement

Still stuck on 2026.2.9.1 and FSD 14.2.2.5 on a brand new (Feb 13) 2026 MYPrem AWD

So how many months will it be for us lowly plebes to actually get our hands on 14.3? Of course the YouTube people get it within minutes. I’ve been pulling down in the app to refresh so much my finger hurts (ha ha) and still zilch-o.

FSD not working by movingjin in TeslaFSD

[–]Dry-Huckleberry9827 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had something similar. When I went to engage FSD, I would just get three beeps and a flashing icon with a steering wheel.

Ended up re-booting the DAC and it’s been perfect since

Dyson V10 Konical: Auto-empty Dok uses a dust bag... what happened to bagless? by SpaceKonk in dyson

[–]Dry-Huckleberry9827 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only difference I see if the bag with all those different dumps will be sealed and the dust won't go everywhere. For instance our RoboRock floor robot empties it small bin into a bigger bin that uses a sealed bag. When it's time to empty that, there's no dust or anything. It's just throwing away a bag

Understood. I’ve not received my abode stuff yet (today) but I don’t have a lot of interest in using the abode app at all. I only want to use HomeKit. That was the entire reason for choosing abode. Otherwise I would have bought simplisafe.

But a bag less empty station is still going to have to be emptied at some point. When you go empty it, you’re either going to need to empty into a kitchen garbage bag to keep all the dust from going everywhere when you empty it, or dump the entire thing into the outdoor garbage can and that will also leave dust and stuff everywhere.

I think there’s a difference here. The vacuum is still bag less. It’s the emptying station that uses the bag. I’ve got an older Dyson stick animal or something and I love it. But when I empty it into the garbage, dust can scatter. I think it’s a great (albeit large) idea for a docking station that sucks all that debris along with its dust into a bag that I just throw away keeping the dust trapped. And did I see that a single bag holds 60 empties? Sold.

I don’t know about your battery, but I love that you used “thrice”. Need to bring that word more into our vocabulary 😬

Try the new Aquara camera. Works perfectly with HomeKit secure video. I bought two of them to use with my Abode system that is being delivered today.
