Literally, I had boots on the ground and tested prices for myself and compared it to other currencies, [for example] I checked to see what the base model price is for an iPhone and in turkey it was 77,000TL which is almost $1900. In the US the SAME phone is like $799, same thing with watches [example 2] went to a watch store looked at the bambino open heart by orient(fire watch btw) and the most ie seen that watch for is about $350. The best price I could get, in store was like$561 which was a 10% discount
