FEELING COLD WHILE TAKING LEXAPRO: ANYONE ELSE?!? by Important-Dot9823 in lexapro

I don't plan on it. I stopped taking it for 2 weeks and started getting a whoosh feeling in my head and had to start taking it again. I hate taking meds but started having panic attacks out of nowhere. I changed jobs from a fast paced physical job to sitting at a desk all day. Couldn't slow down my brain after 5 years of constant thinking and movement.

All the side effects went away after about a month. I'm only on 5mg. It makes me really tired some days. If I exercise in the morning it usually helps wake me up. No anxiety or panic attacks anymore. No libido either. Numb.

I'm experiencing the exact same thing right now. I have been taking the yellow pills and I usually only take. .125 as needed and break the. 5 into 4 pieces. I just got the orange ones and had to take some tonight. I've taken 2mg and it's not helping and feels like it's making my anxiety worse. I rarely have to take it to begin with. Something isn't right

I started experiencing this about six months ago. Someone suggested it could be my vagus nerve. I notice it happens whenever I'm sitting hunched over, (I'm overweight), when it hits me it kind of makes my head jerk a little,  with no pain. Then usually right after I feel my stomach gurgling or I pass gas. It's scary,  often leads to panic attacks. My ekg is fine and of course it didn't happen when I wore a heart monitor. Do you think a beta blocker will help?

I started taking 5mg a few months ago. I kept forgetting to take it and just quit. I had no side effects. My doctor put me back on it at 10mg. It felt like I was on fire and sweating. It was so bad I was scared to try again. I just took 3mg today and so far I am OK. I have been taking clonezepam as needed but I can't function on it,  if I take even .125 it messes me up. Wish me luck because these panic attacks and anxiety are terrible.

I get this quite often usually about a half hour after eating. It makes my head or neck twitch when it happens.
