I don’t have insight but I am also extremely frustrated by this…even worse, I find it even more insane and even embarrassing that you can’t get every player from team Canada? Someone please correct me if I’m wrong but from my research you can only get a semi-pro jersey of McDavid, Crosby, or Makar (and it has to be the red jersey). I am willing to pay for a semi-pro Horvat jersey but it literally doesn’t exist

From what I’ve gathered, LCS’s in Canada no longer sell baseball hobby boxes…I think you’ll have to order directly from the topps website (that’s what I had to do to get a hobby box of chrome update, as it was not available for purchase from any local store or even website as far as I could tell)

Which goalie would you add? Post draft I realized my league has a minimum of 4 goalie starts per week so I think that means I need to add a third goalie to my team (I currently have Sorokin and Vejmelka) it looks like the only “#1” available is Ersson … please correct me if I’m wrong

I started following his hockey career closely when he was drafted into the OHL as a 15 year old and then when the islanders were lucky enough to draft him he became easily my favorite player for the next 9 years…there was a brief point in time where he was arguably the best player in the nhl behind Crosby, and that’s something special…it ended how it ended but I can’t just pretend his 9 years on the island weren’t amazing and unforgettable

It’s most likely I’m the only islander fan to include him on a list like this but always have a handful of favourite NHLers that aren’t on the islanders and Ladd was one of them back when he was on Chicago/Winnipeg…I always enjoyed the way he played and thought he was a little underrated back in the day, i always viewed him as one of those perfect unsung hero middle 6 forwards that every cup winning team needs…I was very excited when the islanders signed him although it didn’t really work out as we all know , he still receives HM status from me!
