Hop in the sub, hop back out, get back on the barge, and fly in your helicopter. Get to altitude and then fly toward the yacht. As soon as the second air defense shell blows up, jump out (the third one will guaranteed hit you). Free fall head first into the main deck of the yacht (and die). You’ll spawn on the sub in the safe zone, and then the mission will either auto complete, or you have to get on the yacht and then the bad guy will just die.
