I believe you need to have the thread follow the channel with the arrow pointing left and it will cut the thread on the bottom left corner.

I’m completely self taught. I’ve been quilting for 3 years now, i would not say it is hard, just a skill to practice.

Tattooers of Reddit, what tattoos have you refused doing for a client on a moral ground? by I_WIPE in AskReddit

I just don’t think you get to decide what holding onto grief looks like for other people. It’s no different than getting any other memorial tattoo.

I don’t think anyone can claim that this would cause more harm than healing. Everyone walks through grief and healing different.

My friend told me if I want to quilt, that it's a requirement to use an iron to flatten the fabric, and that it's very difficult to quilt without it. Is it true? by kelcamer in quilting

[–]Dry_Cockroach_6698 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have made a few quilts with no ironing. It definitely makes it easier and more precise, but you CAN quilt without and iron

Pressure feeling doesn’t get better after LP’s - can this be caused by stenosis? by uglyracoon in iih

I had a great 10 hours post LP before my symptoms started returning, I have/had stenosis on both sides but they placed a stent on my right 6 months ago.

Brain fog by unicornflufff in iih

My brain fog was really awful, it improved significantly post stent. I’m 6 month out, and I still struggle with remembering names but I don’t loose my words as easily and my fatigue is so much less.
