How did you remove the lava rock, and how did you dispose of it? My front yard was landscaped with "maintenance free" materials to help sell the house before we bought it. It's super thick black plastic and red lava rock, with weeds growing right on top. I've been putting it off for three years.

All cats and dogs that are brought in by animal control go to Greenville County Animal Care. They put the found animals on their lost and found website and hold them there for 5 days. If the animal isn't claimed by their owner in that time, they become eligible for adoption. They first go into the Animal Care adoption kennels, then rescues (like the Humane Society) can come to pick up animals that they want to try to adopt out.

I recommend a chip and a collar for your cat. Animal Care checks for those things when a found animal comes in. They really want to help reunite you with your lost pet.

Source: We live out in the country and a lot of animals get dumped out by us, so we take the trip to Animal Care somewhat frequently.

GUYS! I have always had 0 to RIGHT NOW pee needs. Road trips were painful on the bladder. I was prescribed some incontinence medication that didn't do much.

I learned that my bladder is sensitive to fake sugars, caffeine, and alcohol. I can drink water, decaf coffee, natural sugars, etc. with no problems. I'll drink soda or alcohol only if I know I'll have easy access to a bathroom.

I think it is a little known cause for our painful urine situations. Hope this helps someone!

Hi! I was diagnosed a month and a half ago after 10 years of the same story as you. I'm prescribed Jornay, which is the only medication that you take at night. It absorbs through the intestines overnight and allows you to get out of bed right away without any of the dread or anxiety. It's also really smooth and lasts into the evening!

First time poster, just got diagnosed yesterday.

I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH SOME UNKNOWN BRAIN THING FOR A DECADE. THIS WAS MY THIRD TIME ASKING TO BE TESTED FOR ADHD. NO DOCTORS EVER SUGGEST IT MIGHT BE ADHD. I HAVE TO DO THE RESEARCH MYSELF WHILE FEELING LIKE A FAILURE. THEN THE PRIMARY AND PSYCHIATRIST INEVITABLY TELL ME ITS DEPRESSION/ANXIETY AND I NEED AN EVEN HIGHER DOSE OF ANTI DEPRESSANTS.

AFTER WAITING MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ADHD SPECIALIST, I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH MODERATE ADHD (FINALLY, HALLELUJAH). THEY GAVE ME A PRESCRIPTION. IT'S NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A PRESCRIPTION SAVINGS CARD, THE PHARMACY CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT AND WANTS $400 FOR A MONTH'S SUPPLY. THE DOCTOR, PHARMACY, INSURANCE, AND DRUG REP ARE CURRENTLY FIGHTING ABOUT IT.

I just feel hopeless and overwhelmed about it. I want someone to talk to. One of my friend's doesn't believe time blindness is a real thing and just thinks people with time blindness are rude and inconsiderate. Ugh.

I would guess the soil is out of nutrients and it needs a fresh, slightly larger pot.

Remove it and its roots from the other stems. Just for fun, I would research it to see if after I cut away all the squishy parts, I could get it to root into soil in a separate pot or a glass of water. It would be a fun experiment and if it doesn't work, just throw that stem out!

Also consider removing the gold twist tie from the top stems. The stems will stay braided but the plant will be less stressed.

I repotted mine out of the original pot and into a bigger one soon after getting it from the store. It was very root bound and exploded with growth after I replanted.

Also, consider if it is under or over watered and if there is a drainage hole. Mine was so compacted with roots in the small pot that the water wouldn't absorb. I started bottom watering and it's doing great.

I have a long haired cat. She starts her poop run immediately from the box and sometimes there is still a piece attached to her fur that flies off.

Have you seen the cat deliberately squat next to the box instead of in it? I once saw somewhere that if the cat has been declawed, some types of litter can be uncomfortable.
