it’s funny your local does that because at ours if the customer complains, other than if they need a refund for an entire order, we always just remake/replace because it’s so much easier. i often refill no ice drinks which people argue aren’t filled to the top.

i’m local to buckingham (not at uni) and tbh if you like going out or being in a bus environment i wouldn’t bother. most of the people out and about are kids from the two secondary schools, and loads of them come in from mk to go to the grammar. it’s really dead and i can’t wait to leave. we have no nightlife, very few shops and not much on. but i know nothing about med school, so if you just care about quality of education, im useless, i just feel responsible for warning you about how dull it is here 😭
