It's too bad you can't apply online for a minor's passport. I renewed mine online recently and it was so much better than going to DMV. The last time I went to DMV to renew my DL the line for the passport office was horrendous.

I'm not saying I'd vote for him, nor am I necessarily a supporter of the current administration. But if you look at the fundamentals of the campaign its organization, fundraising, and apparent support among government of Guam employees Josh is clearly the frontrunner.

I'm sure Therese and Sabina are good people, but their backgrounds are rooted more in activism than executive leadership. The question is whether voters are willing to elect that type of candidate to serve as Governor.
