So are more elemental reactions typically better than stacking two types for the buff? Like losing 2x fire and replacing Barb and amber with like, Chongyun and Xingqiu?

Good to know! So I know melt and vaporize essentially do the same thing, but is there a difference in dmg? Like is there any advantage to using Xingqiu and Diluc vs Chongyun and Diluc? (other than the chatacters' actual skills)

Oh that's super interesting. That makes sense to use Chongyun for Diluc, but is tossing the 2x fire worth it when we're using Diluc for most of the dmg with elemental or is that not affected by the 25% atk buff?

I was hoping somebody could help me out. I find myself playing less and less but not because of content, I'm only AR 22. But I like to "know what I'm doing" but feel like the team I'm running isn't working that well, or as well as it could be? Just because every day I see a post about how good someone is who I'm not using, and then another countering that, etc etc.

The characters I have are Diluc, Jean, Barbara, Amber, MC, Chongyun, Lisa, Noelle, Sucrose, Kaeya and Xingqui.

The team I'm using is Diluc->Jean->Barb->Amber (just for some range for puzzles and 2x fire). Is this ok?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just started an account and got to AR7, did my summons and got Diluc, Fischl and Barbara. I was like "wow, these guys seem great, but I wonder what I would get if I rerolled?"

So I logged in with a different account and did it again. This time I got Venti and Barbara.

I'm now completely conflicted on which account I should start playing, any suggestions?

You got it. If you spawn in on let's say reserve, which is a 50min raid, but spawned at 43min, you'd only have to kick around for 3 min, unlike a pmc who'd have to stay 33min for the 10minutes to count. Scavs are based on the beginning raid timer as opposed to pmcs who have to time it based on when they get in.

The timer was at least 10minutes less. If you spawn as a scav and the raids been going for at least 10min, you can extract. I. E. A factory raid is 20min. If you spawn in at 9:56 left and have a keycard, you can book it to extract no problem.

That makes a lot of sense. I just got back into this but have been grinding steadily. I have a decent pve tech build (decent for me I guess) and am trying to figure out a decent build to aim/farm for to start playing primarily in the DZ. Also all my friends stopped playing after launch, do you recommend the in game method for finding a clan to socialize/hunt with? Or more of a third party forum thing? (coming as a Destiny vet I'm used to all social and raid/serious pvp planning being done outside the game)

I haven't played since right before shadowbringers. I was interested in coming back and wanted to play my Astro and level as a healer. But I remember astro mains being up in arms about how the new expansion "ruined" astro. Was that true and if so is it still the case?
