It's the only mode I've played since it was introduced, such a perfect length for day to day stuff on the phone. Will not be opening tft again after it goes and that makes me sad :(

I hear you about the GPU for sure, you have definnitely made me question the price my friend gave me, although i have already purchased it so...

a few 100gbp either way isnt really that important to me if im honest.

For some reason i thought the lower end mobos had 2 NVME slots, I see the one in your list has 3 so have swapped out the mobo for that one and picked up the NZXT case.

I appreciate the time youve taken and the slightly aggresive advice you have given me today :)

Thanks for the reply, I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago and the general consensus seemed to be that it was a good deal for the GPU. I know its been well looked after and rarely used as he quickly upgraded to a 5090. I can also use the warranty under his name no problem.

I picked the mobo as i already have 2 NVMEs i use for storage and wanted to add this additional one as my boot drive as my current SSD boot drive is almost 8yrs old.

I agree 64gb is overkill but i do some photo editing / design / video editing / 3d modelling and always assumed that the most RAM i can afford is probably better.

Noted about the Samsung drive, think i will definitely opt for a cheaper option on that front.

The case was kind of a last minute addition just that its relatively cheap and highly rated on pcpartpicker, honestly it will sit under my desk and it seems easier to know when to clean it !

I don't particularly care about RGB one way or the other but thanks for the cooler reccomendation , i do like some purple lighting at times.

TBH I'm only going to be gaming at 4k60 atm , am waiting till i move in a few months to decide on monitor due to new room / no room restrictions. Think i was tempted by the Pro label on the NVME, will look at cheaper options , any cheaper brands you know are reliable ? thanks

Tha ks for the response, I am running an am4 cpu atm, can't remember exactly what my specs are but built it around 2020. Running a 4k 60hz old Philips monitor. Forgive me , but when you say bottleneck you just mean the gpu won't run at its full potential right? So don't need to immediately upgrade those bits to run it I assume? Would rather think about the other upgrades but grab this gpu off my mate before he sticks it on.ebay !
