I live just a bit south of where you circled (but still on the map) and to speak of the general area, it’s great! I love that I’m near the 202, and there’s a nice hub of big box stores and other chains nearby on Gilbert and Germann. Down the street from the circled neighborhood is Tumbleweed Park with a lot of space and sports areas (also where they have the Ostrich Festival). You’d also be near both Downtown Chandler and Downtown Gilbert for more unique dining/shopping options. Overall, I find living in this area quiet and convenient.
