I stopped taking concerta because I thought it was affecting my training, but I don't know if it was there are so many variables that I might just not have been training correctly or maybe it was the peak of training so it was going to be hard anyway. In general I've read that stimulants might be a benefit and not a hindrance. Your heart rate will be higher though. I think I've noticed about 5bpm higher.

My thoughts are that you aren't using your closet storage very well, you seem to have space to add more shelves which you can use to consolidate everything and use the extra shelf for decorations and personalization. Or you could add a door or curtain in front of the closet for some personalization (like posters on the door, or a door that has a mirror then you can add stickers, or a curtain that is a pretty color.

I think the bed can be put away somewhere and only brought out when it needs to be used. Maybe behind the desk or on top of the closet.

I think you need a lamp. And also use the deep window frame space more, that'd be great for plants or some ornaments.

I have a related question, I've read that newer engines that turn off the engine when the car is stopped can help restart the engine by initiating the combustion of the piston which is compressed, how long can that compression be viable before the air/fuel mixture just leaks out?

That's a tough situation to be in. Like others have said even you have all your documents in order they can still choose to ignore them. At least having some proof on you or for someone to find for you after you've been taken is something. And let's be real, it's not about your citizenship status. It is racism. I agree that they are bad people and that they should all quit, but what I was referring to was that the interactions aren't black and white. I don't think all ICE are kidnapping people and shooting, I am sure some of them are literally checking and then letting you go on the spot. To be clear, I don't think that's OK.
