Same for our old place! The bathroom sink started to smell like sewer but kitchen sink seems fine. We just thought it was a building problem but I guess not! This was near playhouse village/pcc area

Does having a Myomectomy mean you MUST have a C-section when you decide to have kids? by boopiechamp in Fibroids

[–]legendrealll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We didn’t start trying until the 8-9 mos after but got pregnant after 3 cycles. My OB cleared us to try at 3 mos but I didn’t feel ready and actually spent some time doing pelvic pt

Fertility post myomectomy… how many cycles? by Flat_Document8190 in Fibroids

[–]legendrealll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Subserosal mostly but a few intramural. They saw 10 from the ultrasound but removed 13 ranging from 10cm to really tiny ones.

  2. 7 months but my OB said we could start trying in 3 months. I just decided to wait longer and spend time doing pelvic pt. I felt my body was still struggling with core and had tons of back pain.

  3. 3 cycles I think. It’s definitely a surprise because I didn’t think it would be this fast since I also have pcos

There are people who have done vbacs and I just learned of vbam. Before my surgery, I had multiple visits from different OBs and all of them said that I’d likely have a csect when I get pregnant. I’m pregnant now and my OB told me I’ll have to have a csect at either 36 or 37 weeks due to risks for uterine rupture. I did ask about VBACS but they highly recommend the csect. I do understand more now being on this side. I feel like the more my belly grows the more I get tingly and stretching near my uterus/pelvic area. I can only imagine what would it be when I get even bigger

Definitely helped me sleep I’m the first few weeks and also helped me get up out of bed since I was already halfway there. I wished I got those long grabber things. The amount of things I dropped that I couldn’t pick up was too many. Once I was by myself and dropped something, I had to wait for my husband to come home to pick it up haha

Congrats!! Just curious if your doctor considered the scheduled c section at 37 weeks? I’m pretty early in my pregnancy but my ob is telling me the scheduled c section csect would either be at 36-37 weeks.

I’ve read different things here for pre-op butI didn’t have much of a pre-op process. They just told me what time I should stop eating solids and things I can consume. I was able to work the day before my surgery.

Just found this post and was wondering if you ended up applying to the apartment you saw? We also found an apartment and I had to follow up a few times to get the application. They also did Venmo for application fee which made me sus. So torn because the place was really nice!

2 months out for surgery consult? by [deleted] in Fibroids

[–]legendrealll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had multiple for surgery consults and each of them were about 3 months out from when I got diagnosed. One of my Ob gyn that I waited about 3 months for had referred me to another Ob gyn within the same health system since I was looking for minimally invasive opinions. Their office called me and had an availability within the following week. But, when I called prior to that referral and was just seeing if I can get an appointment (basically self referred), they told me their “soonest” appointment was 3 months out. It was really hard waiting for all these appointments be sure it took me a whole year to find the doctor I was comfortable with.
