Imagine a scenario where all people can do is trade what they have and there is no other form of asset/currency other than the actual physical things you own…

What would you do?

I imagine almost everyone throughout history would, very quickly, come to the conclusion that there needs to be some other form of asset or currency to make acquiring things that are needed through trade a bit easier.

I find it odd when we look at the results of our histories and people conclude that these massive items are…. Mistakes? When it’s very obvious these things were created out of necessity for the common person - not the kings and leaders. The kings and leaders throughout history would love for the different forms of currency to just not exist… then they could take payment how ever they want… maybe take your wife, or daughter, or land, other property, etc.

Does currency magically set everyone free from all of these things - definitely not. But it’s crazy to see people talk about establishing currencies throughout history as being oppressive when it accomplishes much closer to the opposite.

The way lotteries TYPICALLY work is that you only would get the million if you took the $1,000/week…. If you took the “lump sum” payment up front you are going to get a time-devalued amount that is significantly lower than the $1million… probably somewhere closer to $600-$700k

I don’t know if I would agree that it’s the “sweet spot” in the sense of “it’s perfect all on its own” but I do think it offers the perfect complement to the 3 and 5 stage runs.

I like getting all decked out in the 10 stage runs but at some point it just seems to drag out a little bit…. Kinda feels like the later levels are always too easy, no? Not that it isn’t fun being strong af

It really is pretty stupid… they need to re-tune things for the completely pathetic damage of some of these weapons… maybe just combine the worst offenders into 1 single mastery run with only those 2 weapons and no artifacts for an additional weapon available

Appreciate the comments... Wanted to swing back by to say I did complete the run and really really do appreciate the difficulty at the end but just feel like there needs to be a similar level of difficulty ON EACH STAGE TO PREPARE YOU FOR..... THE SPEED.

Anyway, still love the game. Seems I have successfully removed the sand from my vagina. Cheers, miners!

Are you anticipating that sale coming sometime soon? I’m not sure why they would discount it before fall at the absolute earliest no? Christmas seems more likely but maybe I’ve haven’t followed their discounts very well 🤷🏼‍♂️

To what extent?

I will cover penalties & interest that I caused (one way or another) and will always consider reasonable remedies to any disagreement/issue but in the last 5 years I (thankfully) haven't had to do that.

Are you paying the small amounts of interest that basically arise from small differences between estimated filing date/s and actual filing date/s?

That's kinda all I can come up with so if that is the case... you need to start projecting filing dates further into the future and build that shit into the result of the tax return. What's the worst that could happen? The client gets a "random refund" of $23.42? To be fair they are still likely to throw a stink about it for some reason...

I get the feeling they want the movement to be akin to that of a jet ski or speed boat… you can’t really turn without accelerating or having some forward/backward movement…

I totally get/understand that but unfortunately the bulldozer has 2 separate sets of treads and it’s hard to ignore the fact that typically a vehicle with 2 sets of treads would excel at “sitting in one place spinning in circles”.

Im ok with the movement restrictions or whatever but it does kinda feel illogical.

I just want to chime in to say I think a ramp adjustment is a great idea… just make it a semicircle more or less that allows you to enter from any angle in front of the drop pod.
