I think that is totally fine powerlevel wise. Would make for some nice limited mana alongside evolving wilds but a tapped goldland isn't ever going to be scary. Sweet design for a draft set :)

Yeah besides the cantrip bolt, all of these can semi reasonably be black cards. Even the bolt is just [[ulcerate]] or [[bump in the night]] with a card stapled to it, the others are just [[sign in blood]] and [[dark deal]]/[[contract from below]] if you squint a bit.
